You'll need to look at the IMail SMTP log file to find the E-mail (based on the time it was sent, the sender, and the receiver) to find the log file entries.

This one you should be able to ignore -- the test was just added last week, but it seems that a very high percentage of mailservers fail the test (including microsoft.com, for example), and there aren't many noticeable side-effects to not accepting the domain literals.
