This might be the best idea I have seen. Should work for most of our problematic accounts (except for the ones that want to use a mail list - the troublemakers those ones). I will see if we can get it working.

You do not need the domain setup on IMail for this.  Simply remove the domain from IMail and make sure that your Relay for Addresses settings include the IPs for your web servers.
