Not sure which list this question belongs on. So I will try both.

I have a host that cannot receive email from an account at ATT.net
([EMAIL PROTECTED]).

Possibilities here include:

o DNS problems, where the mail can't reach your server
o The E-mail is blocked by IMail's Kill List, Control Access file, or rules
o The E-mail is block by Declude.

I can send to the account, but cannot receive from them. Is this Declude
Junk Mail or some issue with my IMail server. Anyone encounter this issue?

This is a very, very common issue (with all mailservers), because there are so many reasons why an E-mail doesn't reach its destination.

What steps can I take to find out what is happening and where the message is
going.

Does the E-mail reach your server? Checking the IMail SMTP log files, you should be able to see whether a delivery attempt is made.

If no attempt is made, the next step is to check the DNS settings for the domain (try the Mail Test at http://www.DNSreport.com ), and check the IMail Control Access file.

If an attempt is made, check all the IMail log file entries. If there are no "SMTP" or "SMTP-" lines (just SMTPD lines), then it was probably blocked by the IMail Kill List, or Declude. In that case, check to see if there is a message in the IMail SMTPD lines that says there was a bad address, and then check the Declude log files.

That's a general overview; once you narrow it down, you can provide some more details, and we should be able to figure out what is going on.
