Can Delude Pro block smaller ranges that land in the middle?
Yes -- the IP blacklists in Declude JunkMail let you use CIDR ranges, so instead of blocking 64.205.206.0/24 (the Class C range from 64.205.206.0 through 64.205.206.255), you could block 64.205.206.0/27, which would block 64.205.206.0 through 64.205.206.31.
