Hello, We are using Imail7.13 with hotfix and Sql2000 as database with Declude Virus and Hijack on Windows2000 SP3 server.
We need to clean user deleted mailboxes to provide space for user mailbox, since the deleted will use the user account size for example 6MB. I am looking a solution for it, similar to Yahoo or Hotmail, They clean your deleted mailboxes. I tried to get a solution form Tech support, KB and Archives, but no solution. IPswitch tech support gives me a solution on date, but it deletes mails from all the mailboxes, it is not good for a webmail customers. I am trying to create a Bat file to delete a deleted.mbx file from all the user folders once a week. I assume, When user deletes an email, then the deleted.mbx file will be created automatically, so that it will clean and recreates. Please advise on my thought, or if any one has a solution Please share. Thank you Balaji.
