let me rephrase, I can D.o.s. my own server on ports 25, 110, 8181, 8383, 8384, using 
crashimail. so long as the app runs, no connections. once you stop, it pops back to 
life.

in previous versions like 6.x, it would stop the webmessaging service all together and 
you would manulayy restart it, but had no effect on smtp or pop3.

it seems we spend a lot of time chatting on spam, but not enough time on threat 
assesment.
