I posted this question several months ago but did get any comments.
Users are reporting missing messages. When I look at the User directory under Imail - my gut feeling is that all user folders where removed and Imail recreates it.
IE: My folder - I created multiple folders and now they are gone.
I am the only one who has access to Imail server.
