Just forward Imail mail to Exchange. Add an SMTP address under the Exchange
mailbox for each user to set as their reply address.

Works great too.

Look into options for migrating standard UNIX text mail files. There is
extensive support for this as Microsoft would love to have everyone use
Windows and Exchange instead of UNIX/LINUX :)

The IMail mail boxes (.mbx files) are regular text formats and would be
easiest to handle. The most difficult part you might run into will be
keeping rules processing or forwarding information for individual mail users
(can easily be done manually for smaller groups of people).

As part of the migration, you will also need to determine whether or not you
need to run the systems concurrently or by shutting one service down while
bringing up the other. Running them concurrently will be more difficult,
but not impossible.
