I am not exactly sure why they should be having problems with the login but I agree it is most likely a JavaScript problem. I will try to dig into that a bit more when I have the chance, but until then we are also telling our AOL customers to minimize it and try out that big, blue E-shaped icon on their desktop. (Not surprisingly this is a new experience for many of them.) If someone else finds what the JavaScript error is before I have to get into it, it would be greatly appreciated.
