Thank you Rod, and others that have answered to this question,
But what I am wanting to find out is this.
In the RULES file, I would like to set a rule that will look at the line 
and see if it shows my IP Address
And if it shows my IP Address, then it is to Block it from being sent to 
my customers, and my self as well.
So that if it shows as :     Received: from 66.191.47.3 [originated IP 
Address] by carrz-fox-fire.com
I would like a RULE that will look at the "from 66.191.47.3" And then 
stop it from going any further.????

Which is 218.97.192/19 in CIDR format or 218.97.192.0 / 255.255.224.0 in
netmask format.
