Hi All. After a message has been read over the WEB, it appears lighter than unread messages. When the user tries to download from home using Outlook Express, those messages that have been read over the Web will not download. Is this normal? Is their a way to make those messages on the Web appear as unread or how can I get them to Outlook Express without forwarding?
