This issue has been resolved here within our network, before and after installing our mail server.
Now rather or not this will resolve this issue with your clients, this is something that you can get
them to try just for kicks....


 Remove the defected email accounts out of Outlook,
Once the accounts are removed, Close Outlook And then re-open it.
Now go back in and re-create the accounts. Once the accounts.
Are re-created, Close Outlook, and then re-open.
This should (Hopefully) Resolve the issue that you have.
If not, then they is another configuration issue somewhere.
