That is why it is important to understand the implications of using a work
around before using it.

Well, unless you want to volunteer you time, and convince someone at MS that
you know more than they do, there is nothing you can do. If the problem is
on the other end, that is where it needs to be fixed.

To not have a problem with mail servers on the Internet, do not communicate
with them. To help minimize the issue, all you can do is adjust your retry
settings and then have a FAQ that explains that e-mail can not be delivered
to some one if the mail servers they use have problems.
