I agree Sandy,

I wasn't looking for a public debate on what products people think are better than
Imail.

I guess what I was looking for was some hint that IPSwitch didn't regard Imail as a
secondary product in their line. I know I'm not 'Salty' (Marine Reference) as a
member of this list, but the impression that I have gotten over the last 2 years is
that IPSwitch's thoughts are in the right place, but they 'hit the nail squarely on
their thumb' in the implementation of their thoughts.

<rant>
Working in a service industry, I would think there is a serious problem if I released
a product that's main new features were turned off by most people at the
recommendation of many here on the list, because the functionality isn't as
comprehensive as an existing add-on.
</rant>

Bottom line is that before I grow into a situation that inhibits a switch, I guess I
would like some assurance that they listen to customer feedback, feature requests,
issue reports, and they have the technical capability to implement FUNCTIONAL
solutions to this information.

A good case in point here is the infamous checkboxes: deny null senders, and the
relay options. Why haven't they removed these silly problem causing options? Is it
because they sell the product whether they listen to feedback and remove them or not?

Have a great Friday!

Jason
