We are a new Imail user (Ver 7.15). It appears that to have our customer support rep's interact and admin our hundreds of domain's we host they have to login to the 8181 port by each domain with a root password for each domain.
Is there a way for the Imail system admin account to be able to login to the main URL 8181 port and then admin all the hosted domains from there? We are working on an eventual integration with our Customer Service DB system using our SQL servers, but for now our support reps need to work directly with the web admin tool. Is there an easy way to make it so 1 system account can easily and quickly manage accounts on multiple domains?
