Are   you   positive   that  the  .RUL/.IMA  files  are  in  the  real
root/domain/mailbox  folders, and not in vestigial folders that *look*
right, but aren't actually being used?

 I have "1" account in paticular that I use myself constantly, and it 
has the Rules file in it. As I created the Rules for it
From within IMail itself, for that account, And it still does not work,...
