You may need to explain this differently, since right now it sounds like a very rare situation. Are you in control of the MX host for the domain (not the MX record, but the host it points to)? How is anybody getting anything other than 'user unknown' for the webmaster account, if it doesn't actually exist? Did you leave out a detail about a 'nobody' or catchall account? Very often, the messages will still have header fingerprints that a program like Declude or Sniffer will still pick up--or, if you're lucky, the origin IP will be blacklisted and you have IMail 8 or Declude to pick it up like that. Aside from that, I believe the consensus is that image analysis, while it would be a valuable contribution in a weighted system and is technically doable, is too processor-intensive to be rolled out willy-nilly on the average mail server.
