First, this is an ISA configuration issue. Second, I am leaving in about 30 minutes, and therefore do not have much time to help you. (I have been working with ISA for 2 years.)
Third, have you checked out isaserver.org? There is a lot of information on there. Fourth, I would suggest continuing this off list, or join the isaserver.org list and post there please.
