I have yet to impliment the upgrade to version 8.0 of Imail, but am still a little fuzzy on how Ipswitch's anti-SPAM feature integrates with Declude's Junkmail (which I now have). Does it add to, detract, provide greater functionality?? I want to make sure that all my bases are covered before I go to the upgrade.
The two are separate, with IMail v8's anti-spam running before Declude JunkMail.
So IMail v8's anti-spam will do whatever it does, and any E-mail that it lets through will then be scanned by Declude JunkMail, which will work the same as it has before.
Since most of the IMail v8 anti-spam functionality is already in Declude JunkMail, some people choose to disable IMail v8's anti-spam completely when used with Declude JunkMail. Others find ways of getting the most out of both programs, depending on their own unique situation.
