Looking for input from anyone who migrated from Lotus Notes to iMail. Already got good suggestions from Sandy and Ives for data migration (thanks).
It would be helpful to get input from anyone who went down this path as we evaluate iMail and attempt to convince management to support this change. Summary of Existing Email Situation: We only have one Notes server, with only about 120 users. We don't use the groupware functions, so it is just a complex, expensive email system. We use Symantec Norton AV to scan attachments (works great). No anti-spam capability. 5 different domains point to our server. We have about 20 remote users who currently use Notes replication to allow off-line email work. Would like to be able to email to fax (looks like iMail provides this option). Also, management is looking at Act for Notes, so we would want to find an alternative before making a another commitment to Notes! Thanks.
