Yes, that is true. However, as we all know, ANY change to most users is not comprehensible. "That is too much work. How will I know that they understand my new address? But what if they send it to my AOL address? Then I have to change my business cards or website or stationary." To AOL's credit, the software is very user friendly, if you are not a power user or above.
