When a client on our network sends and email, using Outlook, the ip address of their computer is included in the header. This ip address then goes everywhere the email goes.
Does anyone know why? Also, is there a way to suppress it or replace it with something else?
I have included a header snipet below with the line I'm interested in highlighted.
