First:
Is better that your clients call up asking how to turn on AUTH than calling
cause they'r final recipients see them as SPAM.

Second:
Implamenting a secure SMTP Relay is not that hard, take a look at the list
and at the Manual...

Also, 100% CPU with what type of Hardware?, AV?, Services?. I had that
problem and whas due to some AV related problems, turned to f-prot and
everything ok.
