Hello All, I'm running IMail 7.10 with about 80 virtual hosts. I've recently setup 3 new domains, each with about 5 users. The problem is I've got one user who cannot access his account in one of the virtual hosts. When he tries using the web interface he gets "the userid or password is invalid". He's using IE 6.0 on a Windows XP system. He can access his account on the other two domains but just not this one. Now, I can access it, Ipswitch tech support can access it, my wife can access it from our home, but this guy can't. I've even created a test account within the same domain and he was able to access it once, but as soon as he logged out he couldn't log back in again. I've double and triple checked that he is spelling everything exactly the way it should be. I had him speak each letter out and he entered userid and password. Does any of this make ANY sense? Has anyone seen anything like this before? I'm at a loss with this one
BTW, if I check the logs it shows where he tries to log in but it fails with a timeout error. Any thoughts/advice?
