Freedom of speech? Umm.... Yah... Congress shall Pass no law... That freedom? You are aware some blacklists are not based in the United States right? SPEWS.org, as far as their whois says, is in Canada. Last I checked the United States hasn't invaded Canada and enforced our small minded views on them... So far we have limited ourselves to Panama, Iraq, a handful of others and soon Iran.
