No, the user is a regular internet user, using IE. I am also using IE and I have duplicated the problem.
Remember, the IMAIL user is receiving a message that was forwarded FROM an AOL user, and is now trying to re-forward that message to someone else. The next recipient cannot see the forwarded message (or any attachments) if the IMAIL user forwarded the original AOL message through webmail. If they use OL/OE, it forwards fine. So it is not an AOL browser issue.
