Several things can cause this.
One is, Web Messaging can't find the Language pack files or Directory. They should be
contained in \web\LanguagePacks
Second, you need to allow cookies from the mail server to your browser.
Third is the language packs might be corrupt.
Fourth, check the permissions on the LanguagePacks directory and make sure the system
has access to it.
Fifth, if you edited any of the language pack files, config_languageSelections.cgi, or
languageLoader.cgi reinstall the defaults. Also, make sure all of the above files
exist in the Web directory.

Subject: [IMail Forum] "Undefined" labels in KWM4

Yesterday, I upgraded my Imail 8.0HF1 system running KWM version 3 templates
to the new version 4 templates. During the install, I chose to install all
of the language packs.

Now the problem. Since the upgrade, I'm getting a lot of folks with the
following problem.

After you login to your webmail, the word "undefined" appears in place of
every label in the program.

In other words, on the login page the labels "Email Address", "Password",
"Remember Me", have been replaced with the word "undefined". The word in
the Language box is even "undefined and if you try to change it to English
it just goes back to "undefined".

When you get into the program you can send and receive e-mail fine, if you
can figure out the icons, because they all say "undefined." The only
dropdown box that has anything in it is the date box. The other two
"Options and Styles" and "Languages" are empty.

This occurred whether I was in the administrator email account or in any of
the users email.

Anyone else experienced this? In the interim, I've restored back to my
version 3 templates. Everything looks and acts fine on my machine, but I
have more than a "few" customers with the same issue.

Didn't find anything in the archives or knowledge base about this.
