Ipswitch's website document IM-19990623-DM06 mentions posting messages to [EMAIL PROTECTED]. I'm not sure if the domain-name refers to the official host name (email.avila.edu, in my case), the list-server name, or another parameter I'm unaware of. When I send emails to [EMAIL PROTECTED], or [EMAIL PROTECTED] (for our IT group to test), it seems to go nowhere.

Hmmm...yeah...according to www.dnsreport.com you have no MX record
and your NameServers aren't working. That would explain
it.
