That is a very old version. Number of users is pretty much
unimportant but number of messages is important.
If there are messages in the Queue because of volume then is the
volume originating inside or outside. In either case if it is a
spammer then you must shut that down.
It is not a volume issue then you must check your logs and analyze
that data.
