'Lo everyone, We've got a user who receives information from their bank each morning at 10am. Since we moved them over onto one of our I-Mail servers (previously running 7.15, now on 8), they haven't been receiving that mail. All other mail is arriving fine, but this one mail isn't. On checking the logs, I find that the mail is arriving at the server, but being reported as NOTIFY=FAILURE:

But I find it hard to believe that a major corporation would bog down its mail server by sending out a mailshot to who-wants-to-know how many customers, requesting a read receipt for each one - and even if that's the case, why isn't the user actually receiving the mails? And more importantly from the point of view of an administrator, if it's not being bounced, and it's not arriving in the mailbox, it (and others like it) must be occupying storage space somewhere - so where is it?
