John it sounds like u have things well under control.  If ur exhausting air
and getting cooler air to the machines u have done your job, the humidity
sounds well within reason.  The machines should run just fine.  The rest of
this technical detail is more suited for data centers then for a simple
server room with a few boxes running.

Both portables exaust through ducting to the outside.

The NetAir from APC is one of the units in place, although it is about 3
years old. I purchased a new unit (different brand) to supplement the APC
unit since it is old already. No budget to replace it right now.
