Are you using the IMail rules or a Declude JunkMail filter? If you are using Declude JunkMail filters to do this, you can use the weighting system to have E-mail with "mortgate rates" more likely to be considered as spam. That way, if the spam fails other spam tests (which is very likely), it will get caught -- but if the Bank of America sends out the E-mail properly (which they probably do), theirs won't get caught.

We are using the Imail rules. Not sure how to fully use the Declude filter.

In that case, I would suggest joining the Declude JunkMail mailing list (by sending an E-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "subscribe declude.junkmail your name" in the body). If you have any questions that aren't covered in the manual, the Declude JunkMail mailing list is a good place to ask (or you can send an E-mail to our support@ address).
