[IMail Forum] Phrase filtering settings do not stay

When I enable phrase filtering and select insert x-headers the restart the que manager and the smtp service if I go back it has changed back to forward to root-bulk. Test of messages with banned phrases are not showing x-header information but they are being sent to the root bulk mailbox
