Hi, Further to my last reply to Ben Lee Schneider via the IMail Forum, I thought it appropriate to extend thanks to the [less than a] dozen of seasoned list members who are the pillars of this list. Few of them, if ever, post a question to the Forum -- yet they are present on a daily basis answering questions ranging from newbie to arcane (and off-topic) levels.
I have seen my fair share of people coming to this vendor/product-specific list asking questions that were entirely outside the scope of Ipswitch's IMail Server because they knew that this Forum holds broad expertise and vast experience. I learned a whole lot and am continuing to do so, just by reading the posts and the answers to them. In truth, I believe that the IMail Forum has attained the same status as other extremely techie lists have, perhaps with more of a human touch. In my four years as a lurker and very occasional responder, I have gained a lot of respect for the gurus on this list. I won't mention them; they know who they are and so do lurkers do, especially when they have a problem. I am not leaving the list (sorry, folks!) but I felt that credit was [overly] due to those who make the IMail Forum what it is. Thanks also to Ipswitch for providing us with an uncensored meeting place; this is much appreciated and reflects very well on the company.
