Yes we are using the latest version.

Is the source code available for sharing?
We want to make some changes to it and we would be glad to share it with the
list for evaluation. (if there is no problem in doing so.)

I need to know how does it parse the log file to generate the results.
if it simply considers the ldeliver and rdeliver lines or does it not
consider system emails or even unsuccessful messages.

We developed it.  The first thing to do is make sure that you are running
the latest version (from http://www.declude.com/tools ).  I believe it has
an internal limit of 4GB of data transfer that it can handle (above that it
will overflow, causing inaccurate results) -- but that usually is only
encountered when processing days/weeks worth of log files.
