Thats interesting - It wasnt SP4 that caused my problems, but the critical
updates about a week prior to SP4 being released.

Seriously, I hope they get this straightened out soon, while I understand
their pain, people will not be able to hold off on the SP4 install for too
long.  By the way,  We did SP4 on about 275 servers, including 1 very happy
Imail box, and haven't had a problem with any of them.
