All the Declude products include Declude Queue, which takes over for IMail
when it reaches its maximum capacity, to speed up mail delivery. It keeps
the Q*.SMD files in the \IMail\spool\overflow directory when this situation
occurs. It is *not* recommended to remove the \IMail\spool\D*.SMD files
without also removing the associated \IMail\spool\overflow\Q*.SMD files.

No I am aware of that but for some reason i don't have the Q*.SMD files.
We got in around 10 GB of mail in 24 hours so i just had to do something :-)
if not my server would been killed totally.

But is there anyway to get them qued again ?

If there are no Q*.SMD files, it will be extremely difficult to get them re-queued (you would need to manually generate Q*.SMD files, or you would need to have a mail client send all the E-mails via SMTP -- but in the case of Bcc:'s, you wouldn't be able to send them to the appropriate recipient). Note that if you removed the \IMail\spool\D*.SMD files without removing the \IMail\spool\overflow\Q*.SMD files, Declude Queue would hand off those Q*.SMD files to IMail, which would attempt to deliver them. However, without the matching D*.SMD files, IMail would not be able to process the E-mail (either not deliver it, or send a "NULL body" type of message), and then delete the Q*.SMD file. If you moved just the D*.SMD files, that would account for why there are no longer any Q*.SMD files.
