Just my 2cents - I have dealt with CDW since 1992, and have had nothing
but excellent service each and everytime. There were a couple of
glitches every now and then (noone is perfect) but the rep that handled
my order always went out of his way to correct it.

To this day, I still confidently buy from CDW without a moment's
thought..

Sincerely,

Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] CDW reseller

Just for the record, we bought our IMail 8 upgrade from CDW and had it
in two days, ready to install. I don;t remember if it came by UPS or
FedEx, but it had the key we needed to download and install v8 from
IPswitch website, and saved us some $$ too.

I think I'd request a new CDW rep. Maybe call or email the sales manager
and have them look into it too.
