Hello and Good Morning,

        Depending upon what forms you were using, I beleive FormMail is one of
them, have many holes themselves.  In fact, the blackhole list from
five-teng-sg.com specifically catalogs servers running formmail and
blacklists them.

  Also, and I know this may sound lame, but did you have the correct Cotrol
Access setting?  Meaning you had said Block all IPs except for the following
or did you have it set for Allow All except for the following?
