I'm sorry to be a rube, but what does it mean when domains that we don't
host (ie. we don't have virtual servers for) appear in the results of
DOMLIST.EXE? The report shows hundreds of domains with no messages "IN"
and typically one or two messages "OUT."

In other words, if the domain isn't hosted with us and we don't support
mail relaying, then how can an unsupported domain be sending mail OUT
through our IMail server?

That can occur if, for example, a user forwards their E-mail to a domain that isn't hosted on your server. You can add a number to the end of the command line if you only want to show domains with a minimum number of E-mails; for example, "domlist sys0820.txt 10" would only show domains with at least 10 E-mails.
