It depends on your users. If you have a lot of them and are using relay for
addresses, then it may be hard to do that.

However, if you are not relaying for addresses, or only for S&F, you could
configure the SMTP properties Control Access to only allow connections from
specific IP addresses.

If you have a firewall, and have users on relay for address, you could
configure the firewall to port forward, have your users to configure SMTP
port to a non-standard one.
