Oh my god!!!
What does it take to get any help around here??
Sorry about that -- there seem to be 2 people here that don't like our product mentioned here, and when they complain, our customers often have a differing opinion, which causes those extra messages.
Please, can someone offer some advise on an issue that I have? Re: (Post) Spam being detected but still being delivered.
I'm not very familiar with IMail v8's anti-spam, but I'll give it a shot.
It seems that your problem is that spam is getting the X- header added, but the E-mail isn't deleted. It seems that you want the X- header added, and it is being added. So your question is "Given the X- header, how do I delete the E-mail?"
For that, you would need an IMail rule that looks for the X- header, and deletes based on it. You posted that you have rules -- but where are they (one specific user's rules, for example)? It sounds like the rules you added aren't getting used for all recipients.
