NULlifying  a  message  file  without  delivering it or any associated
notifications/bounces  will  always  be  the  most  resource-efficient
method of content scanning. 'Block,' i.e. reject without accepting for
delivery,  is  not  an  IMail  option when content scanning, since the
message file must be on disk to be scanned.
