I have a user that is able to receive mail ok.�However when she tries to
send she is getting a message that says the smtp server could not be reached
in 60 seconds. Would you like to try again?

She has also gotten a message that says "An unknown error has occurred
protocol; smtp , port : 0, secure (ssl): error number 0x800c0131"
�
Rebooting her computer fixes the problem for a short while and then it
happens again. 
�
It's only happening with a single user connect via secure smtp in a remote
office. The other 25 users in that office are not having any trouble at all.
�
