You may want to try our new BounceFinder program ( at http://www.declude.com/tools ),
which helps you find the reasons for bounces and blocked mail.
How does this work?
It goes through your IMail SMTP log file, and finds bounces.
For example, if a mailserver bounces your E-mail with a message "You have been blocked because you have sent us lots of spam", IMail will just report "User Unknown", so you'll never know that a spammer is using your server.
If you run BounceFinder, it will let you know what the error message was.
