L: I'm gearing up to roll out IMail for an additional 12,000 users. None of them know what they're doing so I'd like to provide some sort of manual. They'll be receiving an email from me containing the url and their username and password but I'd also like to provide them some basic information on how to get started and how to setup a pop account through Outlook. I've looked on Ipswitch for this type of documentation but can't find any.
In the email I send them, I prefer to put in a hyperlink to some page that explains how to use Imail from the user's perspective and hopefully how to set up a POP account in Outlook. Any ideas?
