We are running IMail v8.02 with the latest patch.
Messages trapped by our IMail antispam engine are collected in a designated 'spam'
mailbox, so that we can review them using Web Messaging and either delete them or
forward them to the intended recipient. For the majority of messages that we forward,
this works fine most of the time. However, on occassion, the messages we forward using
Web Messaging come out blank except for the forwarded header. For example,
