Since I updated to the new Imail domain blacklist a few weeks ago I've been culling false positives daily. It seems this list suffers from a fatal lack of human quality control.
Today I had to remove nhtsa.dot.gov from the blacklist. that's the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of the U.S. Dept. of Transportation. Among other things it announces vehicle safety recalls. In looking over the list, I see the U.S. Veteran's Administration is also blocked. So is the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security, the Federal Communications Commission, the U.S. Food & Drug Administration... And that's just a search of .gov's that got up to the letter 'F'. I'll bet most of the U.S. government is blocked. Is it me or is this a disgusting level of negligence? Up to now the Imail list has merely contained an annoying number of bad domains.
