Well, then you obviously are being too restrictive of the subnets that
need  to  make  use  of  your server for outgoing mail and/or incoming
mail. 'Control Access' controls both types of access.

If  the  IP  addresses  of  legit connections are not predictable, you
cannot  restrict  access. It's that simple. If you're willing to add a
second service on a different IP and/or port (MS SMTP, for example, or
a  port redirector) for AUTHed outgoing connections, you'd have better
luck.
