Tell them to single click and it should stop happening. I had the same
issue. What I did was shut down the auto preview by editing one of the KWM
files:

config_HidePreviewPanel.cgi

Open that in a text editor and set the value in there to one instead of
zero. That seemed to allow them to double click without getting that
message.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Webmail error

I am running a freshly-installed 8.02 with KWM, having just moved up (not
upgraded) from v6. Whenever someone double-clicks a message to open it in a
new window, the new window opens, containing this error:

The server process has been interrupted due to an internal error. Please
wait a moment, then refresh the page.

The "refresh" is a link to a javascript.reload(). Clicking it reloads the
page, and brings the message up properly. This happens EVERY time, to EVERY
user.

I found only one reference to this in the archives, and it was with a v7
Imail, and had no answer to it:

Anyone know what is causing this, and how to fix it?
